 County 76 Master Gardener 2023 Silent AuctionInformation Master Gardeners and County Agents, County 76 will be hosting the annual Silent Auction during the 2023 Arkansas Master Gardener State Conference being held in Russellville June 8-10. The funds raised from the Silent Auction will once again fund County 76 programs including, but not limited to, the PNG Leadership Conference and the Janet B. Carson Scholarship funds. To make the Silent Auction a success, each County is asked to donate at least two items to the auction. If you have more items to donate, please bring them. Some suggestions for donations include a gift basket, plants, gift certificates to garden centers (i.e., Lowes, Home Depot, Wal-Mart), craft items, gardening tools, and even yard art. Auction items may be brought to the County 76 April 25, 2023 meeting at the Little Rock State Office. You may also bring them with you to the state conference on either June 7 or 8 (all day) or 9 (before 9:00 a.m.). The Silent Auction will be held at the Russellville High School. You can help make the Silent Auction run more efficiently by the following: 1) Complete the form below for each donated item to expedite check-in of items. At least two silent auction items are requested from each county. 2) Items may be checked in beginning Wednesday, June 7, at 2:00 p.m. The Silent Auction will open at Noon Thursday (June 8) and continues until 1:00 p.m. Friday (June 9).Some items may be bundled due to space limitations. Join in the fun! Bids will be placed using a bid number found on a conference attendees nametag. After the auction is closed, items may be picked up at the Russellville High School cafeteria area on Friday, between 4:00-5:30 p.m. and 8:30-9:30 p.m. and Saturday, between 7:00-8:00 a.m. Please contact County 76 Master Gardeners Silent Auction Chairman, Patsy Louk (pjlouk@gmail.com or 479-841-9865) with any questions.
