Hello Arkansas Master Gardeners: In an effort to help with technical questions regarding logging into the MG Online Reporting System for the first time, Open Office Sessions will be held on Zoom.
These sessions are for those that need help logging into the online reporting system for the first time. You can log onto the Zoom session, ask your question and then leave. No presentation will be given.
This is a time for you to ask your question about logging into the system for the first time.
Many of you have already logged into the online reporting system and reported your hours.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
 These sessions are not required.
These sessions are meant to help those that have not logged into the new online reporting system this year (2022).
We do ask you please log into the online reporting system in November and not wait until December to log in for the first time. Last day to log in and report your volunteer hours is December 15, 2022.
Below are steps for you to log into the online reporting system for the first time.
1.If you have not logged into the new online reporting system this year (2022) you will need to set up a password in the system. It is quick and easy to do. From the online reporting system area on our website, click on “forgot password” link in red letters (at the bottom of the screen). Enter your email address. The system will send an email to you with instructions for setting up your password.Link to get to “Enter Volunteer Hours” red button.https://www.uaex.uada.edu/yard-garden/master-gardeners/default.aspx
2. If you need help actually reporting your hours in the system, contact your county online reporting manager.
3. Please report all your volunteer hours – all education and work/project hours. They really are important to your county and at the state level.
4.  Lifetime Members (15 year members)- please report all the hours you work. Many of you continue to volunteer your time past the 15 year lifetime status, so please report all your volunteer hours. Each hour volunteered is important to the program.
5. Lifetime Plus Members (beyond 15 years) – report at least 10 work/project hours each year past year 15 in order to receive lifetime plus designation.
 6.  New members from the fall Zoom class (2022) – you will begin reporting your hours in 2023 since the class ends in November 2022. Once you are entered in the online reporting system, you will be notified and given instructions for reporting your hours in 2023.
7. Please take a few minutes this month (November) to log into the new online reporting system if you have NOT logged into the new system this year. Please do not wait until December to log into the new system for the first time. You will need to set up a new password before you log into the new system. It is an easy process but in case there are technical issues, we would like to handle those issues in November rather than December. We want this process to go smoothly for you so you can get all your volunteer hours reported prior to the December 15 deadline.
Thanks for reporting your hours.
Many of you have reported your volunteer hours throughout the year and we appreciate that.
