Maumelle Community Center: 2021-04-12

Maumelle Master Gardeners worked on our Community Center Project on April 12, 2021.
We added mulch to our sign bed and finished with the center bed.
Added four new kaleidoscope abelias in one of the beds.
The two pyracantha that had died back due the severe cold were cut back, they are still alive at the base.
The butterfly garden got some additional plants and was weeded.
It was an very hot day, so we did take a few water breaks.
Our dark purple iris smells like grape jelly.
Come and check for yourself.

Happy Gardening!!
